David, You'll need the "File Compression" module installed to handle the compression and the "Image Manipulation Actions" module installed to do things like scaling images. You may also need the Advanced Features enabled, but I can't say for certain. Enjoy!

Number 3.

I can't get the "scale image" (and thus, the compress) functions to come up. I thought there might be a "compression" or "scale image" plug in, but I can't find one.

What am I missing here?

Thanks!

There's a proxy object in Quicksilver called "Finder Selection". So you set up a trigger with this proxy object as the first command. That way, you invoke QS using the new trigger (ctrl, alt and space for me) and whatever item(s) you have selected in finder will be used. Bear in mind that you'll have to have the advanced features enabled and the proxy object commands installed. Hope that helps.

"invoke Quicksilver so it automatically uses the selected finder items (I have a trigger on the ctrl, option and space keys to do this"

How do you set a trigger to select Finder items, without doing the two step (1) invoke QS and (2) Command G?

Item 3.

Select, click and drag images to Mail icon in the dock. A mail window opens with the email in it. Select the pop-up in the bottom right of the window and resize all the images.

Probably less than 10 seconds?

A couple of those tips might be motivation enough to keep QS open all day long and actually use it regularly. Very cool.

Thanks for the reminder tip! I've been using Large Text, the Last Command Proxy Object, and Run After Delay, and the process has been a pain.
