		<description>Thanks for the trackback! I feel your pain...bad support only compounds the problem. The new guys we're up with at SurviveDigg.com at least understand the issues and have responsive support. With the tweaks they made our site was back online after only 2 hours downtine. Next time around I think we might be able to take the whole thing.</description>
