Hi Dana. There are some rudimentary chat features built in if you go to the "My Joost" area (mouse over to the right when watching something and use the icon that pops up). Unfortunately, I've never seen anyone in the chat room so either no one uses it or it doesn't work. There's also suggestions of custom rooms and suchlike, also something that I can't seem to get to work. Personally, I can't decide whether I want to chat while watching TV anyway, although the answer is highly dependent on what's on!

I just got invited to Joost yesterday, and I agree on pretty much everything you've said here. It's tv. On the computer. OK. I notice that it's mostly content or channels I can't get on my actual TV. Other than that, I'm not overly impressed. I have a question though...I THOUGHT it was supposed to be somewhat interactive. Like, you can watch and chat w/friends simultaneously. You know - sort of watch shows together when you're actually in separate locations. I haven't figured out how to actually 'chat' yet though. Any ideas on the interactive aspect yet? Thanks, Dana
