At the moment I'm having mixed results. The click through rate both in to, and out of, this blog is quite low. This may be down to badly optimised post titles, but many other bloggers, who have better headline writing skills than myself, are reporting similar results. I've been through a number of Web Hosts over the years and the best I've found is <a href="http://www.mediatemple.com/" rel="nofollow">Media Temple</a>. The great thing is they can handle surges of traffic but don't charge you as if you're getting that amount of traffic every day. Try out their "grid" service.
